Overview
Rakshak is built around trusted server protection, clear user communication, and responsible security practices. The Rakshak name, logo, website pages, documentation, policy text, visual assets, and public-facing materials are protected and should not be copied, republished, impersonated, or reused in a way that misleads users.
This policy helps server owners, users, reviewers, and partners identify official Rakshak resources and report unauthorized or confusing uses of Rakshak materials.
Protected Materials
Protected Rakshak materials include, but are not limited to:
- The Rakshak name, logo, product identity, and brand presentation.
- Website pages, documentation, README content, policy pages, and public support text.
- Official invite links, support links, Top.gg listing references, contact details, and trust messaging.
- Visual assets, screenshots, banners, icons, layout patterns, and public marketing materials.
- Security, Privacy Policy, Data Deletion, Contact, and Official Links content published by Rakshak.
Unauthorized Use
The following uses are not permitted without written permission:
- Copying or cloning Rakshak pages, branding, documentation, or public policy text for another bot, service, server, or website.
- Using the Rakshak name, logo, or visual identity to impersonate Rakshak or confuse users about the official service.
- Publishing fake invite links, fake support servers, fake contact pages, or misleading pages that appear to represent Rakshak.
- Redistributing Rakshak assets or wording in a way that suggests ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, or operational control.
- Modifying Rakshak materials to misrepresent security, privacy, permissions, premium access, support availability, or data practices.
Permitted Use
Limited references to Rakshak are allowed when they are truthful, non-misleading, and clearly point users to official resources. Examples include:
- Linking to the official Rakshak website, Support Server, contact page, or Top.gg listing.
- Mentioning Rakshak in reviews, server guides, educational posts, or recommendation lists.
- Using small text references to identify Rakshak as a bot used in a server, provided the reference does not imply ownership or endorsement.
- Sharing official links exactly as published on the Official Links page.
Reporting Unauthorized Use
If you find a website, bot listing, server, page, repository, or profile that copies or misuses Rakshak materials, please report it with as much detail as possible.
- The URL, server invite, profile link, repository link, or screenshot link.
- A short explanation of what appears copied, misleading, or impersonating Rakshak.
- Your contact email or Discord username if follow-up is needed.
Reports can be sent through the contact form, by email at rakshakbot@gmail.com, or through the official Support Server.
Enforcement
Unauthorized copying, impersonation, misuse, or redistribution of Rakshak materials may be reported to the relevant platform, hosting provider, registry, or service provider. Further action may be taken where appropriate to protect users, server owners, and the Rakshak brand.
Rakshak may request removal, correction, attribution, link changes, listing updates, or other reasonable actions when unauthorized use creates confusion or risk.
